FAQ's

How can I contact you and what are your opening hours? 

We can be contacted by email, bc.mosta@falcargroup.com or on the Baby&Child Part of Falcar group Facebook page or by phone during shop hours.  Our land line is 21438600.  You can also communicate with us Via What App No 99659499.

Our opening hours are Mon – Fri 09.00 till 19.00 hrs  Sat 09.00 – 13.00 hrs

 

Where do I place my order?
Your order can be placed on this website.

Can I place an order on your website and collect it from your shop? 
Yes, this is possible. You need to choose which shop you wish to collect it from.  Once order is prepared we will contact you for pick up.

 

Is there a minimum value to place an order?
No, there is no minimum order value.

 

Which payments methods do you accept?
You can settle your order through BOV Mobile Pay, by credit/debit card, by bank transfer or by Revolut.

 

Do you offer free deliveries?

Free delivery is applicable on all orders over €50 for Malta. For Gozo when orders are over €65.00. Delivery fee of €5 for Malta and €7.00 for Gozo applies when the order value is less.

Free deliveries are done from 9.00 am till 17.00 and we cannot commit to a time but courier will call before coming.

Free deliveries excludes Valletta, and Mdina.

 

Can I book a particular day and/or time for delivery?
At the moment we are not offering timed deliveries. 

I have just placed an order through your website, when will it be delivered? 
Your order will be processed by us within 3 working days from being placed.  Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.  We will contact you via telephone and plan a delivery date.
